luck55 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the luck55 platform at luck55.club ("the Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including the luck55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luck55.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your luck55 account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use luck55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. luck55 is strictly an adult service. luck55 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the user is found to be under 18.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your applicable jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual user and not as an agent or on behalf of a third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended luck55 account. Duplicate account creation is a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a luck55 employee, contractor, or immediate family member of such persons.

luck55 reserves the right to decline registration or to close any account that fails to satisfy the above eligibility criteria, with or without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. luck55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify luck55 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

KYC Verification: luck55 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing the first withdrawal, and may request verification at any stage. Accepted identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), NICOP, or passport. Proof of address and payment method documentation may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may be restricted or closed. Funds in a closed non-KYC-verified account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luck55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. luck55 does not accept payments from third-party accounts – all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's payments page and are subject to change. luck55 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to KYC verification being complete and no compliance hold being active on the account.

luck55 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. Deposits made by any method not accepted by luck55 may be reversed to the originating source, net of any applicable processing fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

luck55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are subject to validity periods, after which any unused bonus balance will be forfeited.
• luck55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play – constitutes a breach of these Terms. luck55 may void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

6. Betting Rules

Bets placed on luck55 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

luck55 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet where:

• A technical error, manifest error in odds, or system fault caused the bet to be accepted at incorrect terms.
• The event or match to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to meet the conditions required for settlement as stated in the applicable rules.
• There is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised (e.g., match-fixing).
• The bet was placed in contravention of any provision of these Terms.

luck55's decision on all betting matters, including settlement of disputes, is final and binding, subject to any formal dispute resolution procedure that may be available under the Platform's published complaint process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luck55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, bug, or loophole in the Platform for financial or other gain.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with luck55.

luck55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, retain any balance in such account pending investigation, and pursue any applicable legal remedies.

8. Responsible Gaming

luck55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the luck55 Platform – including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, and databases – is the intellectual property of luck55 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of luck55. The luck55 name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether or not notified in advance.
• Any technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, server downtime, or software bugs, that may affect your ability to place or settle bets.

Nothing in these Terms limits luck55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

luck55 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, luck55 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered users or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to luck55's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to luck55's internal complaints procedure. Details of the complaints process are available via the luck55 support team. If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as specified in luck55's licensing and regulatory documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where these are applicable in your jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan should be aware that the legal framework governing online gambling may differ from other jurisdictions and are advised to seek independent legal advice if in doubt about their rights or obligations.
